The variable teaching methods
that I used to address the needs of both fast and slow learning
students and individual and group learning is a means to see my ability
to vary instructional strategies.

tools are instrumental in monitoring students performance. I used
various assessment methods to check on
appropriate delivery of the subject matter and progress of students. I
also used lecture guides to keep students alert in discussion periods.

The classroom management plan that I
developed is in line with the standards, and have practised it in my
teaching training (student teaching).
